Josh Fogg pitched seven strong innings and the Colorado Rockies scored three runs in the sixth without a hit Friday to beat the Chicago Cubs 5-2 and deny Carlos Zambrano’s bid for an NL-leading 17th win. On a dreary day reflecting the Cubs’ 95-loss season, Fogg (11-9) allowed two runs and five hits. He walked none and struck out four.
